Catch – Rowing with 3 catches

Practice: In the Rowing bin, or on the Rowing machine, make three catches before the draw.
Type: Classic exercise.
Purpose: To learn to catch well from the shoulders, without moving trunk spine or arms. Catch smoothly and without force.
Focus: Pay attention to the presence of movement in the shoulders. There should be no movement in the spine, trunk and in the arms.
